Before I speak and before I react, I am going to pause, breathe deeply and think. I am going to get into alignment and use each new situation to steer myself back into the vortex. I am Calm and I am peaceful. I am going to think of the joy that these precious beings bring me.

So Adorable:-) I have a Nine year old daughter and I cannot tell you how I would love love love twin baby boys! I am Double broody for a boy right now I think I will go insane!
