The Pause Button

Before I speak and before I react, I am going to pause, breathe deeply and think.  I am going to get into alignment and use each new situation to steer myself back into the vortex.  I am Calm and I am peaceful. I am going to think of the joy that these precious beings bring me.

I can't believe its been 10 years and counting....
